Children are invited to use their free days productively and sharpen their skills with chess coaching, followed by a fun tournament! There will be prizes for top scoring players. Lessons will cover a variety of topics such as opening traps, middlegame tactics and endgame techniques and pitfalls. The day will include breaks for recess and lunch, so children need to bring their own food and drink on the day.
